Evening Flowers

We tend to end up at Mortimer Spit quite often in the evening. We take the kayak down, pick up sushi on the way, and have a little evening picnic and paddle. I love the little yellow flowering plants that decorate the end of the spit. In the evening the are perfectly back-lit as the sun goes down making for some great shots.

  1. Absolutely beautiful! 🙂

  2. I’ve come across these flowers a lot on different paddles. They seem to glow in the setting sun. They just seem made for it. I like the way you captured that.
